PearlOxy Uganda Limited is a biomedical startup on a mission to ensure reliable access to medical oxygen for healthcare facilities across Uganda and Sub-Saharan Africa. Founded in 2023 in Kampala, we’re tackling the critical problem of oxygen shortages, especially when power is unreliable and traditional supply chains fail.

  • The Medium-Pressure Oxygen Storage (MPOS) system is our flagship innovation. It integrates with existing oxygen concentrators to provide seamless oxygen supply during power cuts—automatically switching over so that patients receive continuous support.
